Training

When signing up as a member to use an electric scooter, you will need to be trained on the equipment so you are comfortable and to ensure your, and others, safety.

Training, along with initial sign-up, usually takes between 30-45 minutes. Please make sure to give yourself suitable time on your first visit, to allow for this training to take place.

If you have any questions about the process, please see the information on the sheet, "How To Sign Up To Shopmobility" (above) supplied by Shopmobility Northern Ireland. Or alternatively, contact us directly and we will happily answer any questions you have.
